What do the terms C/O and B/O mean?
On TF2OP, I see the terms C/O and B/O used a lot in the notes of people's trades. Since I am a trader, I'd like to know what those terms stand for and what exactly do they mean. Can someone explain this to me? Thanks.

current offer

You see these terms used on the more expensive items like unusuals. You would not typically see a "best offer" something worth 1 ref. For stuff that cheap sellers usually name their price.

C/O means current offer, AKA what the highest offer is. B/O means buy out, basically at what price the poster will sell/buy for sure.
