Three-Rune Blade: Is it rare?

I was crafting a scout melee, and a Three-Rune Blade was the result. So, I need to know. Is it rare?

I know that I crafted it, but it's like when you craft a Machina. You have a chance of crafting an AWPer Hand.

As far as crafting goes it is!

However......It's worth about 1 scrap metal to anyone because it's a weapon.

Your rare and expensive stuff is no longer obtainable in TF2. So many people play that a large majority of the weapons are cheap and easy to get from a local trade server.

Technically, yes. It can go for about 2 ref.

When I crafted my other Machina, I got an AWPer Hand. When I crafted a Scout melee, I got a Three-Rune Blade. It's just my lucky day!

They don't come in item drops, so they're pretty rare. You could easily get 1.33 for it on a trade site, although bp.tf suggests 1.77 to 2 ref.

Perhaps you should open a crate while your luck lasts! Or craft a pyro item for the Maul!

Three rune is actually around 1.33 - 1.66 ref.

It's worth more than a scrap its worth 1.33 to 1.66 ref , I actually just saw an offer of 2 ref on an outpost trade.

Consider the following:

There are 12 possible outcomes when you attempt to craft a Scout melee weapon with tokens. That's an 8% chance to craft a specific one you want, with a 33% chance to get one of the 4 that lacks a normal crafting recipe. 3 of those 4 don't randomly drop. You managed to snag one.
