Personally, I always train on Doublecross and Badwater. They feel more..."real". Like I'm actually training and not goofing off.
Practicing against teams that are 100% sniper because it's a sniping-practice server isn't going to be as helpful for you when there are scouts running around, soldiers flying through the air bombing people, and spies stabbing the inattentive.
