Steampipe got rid of all my mods?

okay so literally all of the mods I've had for years now are not working anymore. I recognized that they were in the downloads folder but even after I moved them back into /tf/ none of the models or sounds or even my hud is showing up any more what do I do???

Did you put them in TF/Custom. Or just TF/

go to c:/program files (86x)/steam/steamapps/common/team fortress 2/custom/

once in there, it contains a readme.txt file that has good instructions if you read it carefully, but basically, go to the mod/reskin/hud or whatever it is, find the .rar, but open it and put THAT file in the custom folder, works for my fempyro and femscout, but i haven't tried a hud yet.
