This one is more of a utility-based loadout, rather than straight-up offensive loadout, but it will do.

Rocket Launcher/Launcher/Black Box/Direct Hit

If you don't have a medic, use the BB+conch+whatever melee you like. If you're on a narrow map, like dustbowl, use the air strike+ B.A.S.E. jumper+melee. If you have spawn camping heavy/med, use the beggar's. all depends on the situation, what you're up against and what map.

Stock Rocket Launcher is best. Black Box is good too. Beggar's Bazooka is hella fun.
If you're using Stock Rocket Launcher, use either Gunboats or Stock Shotgun. For Black Box, either Concheror or Stock Shotgun. Why no Gunboats? Because the reduced clip size makes it harder to Rocket Jump. Why Concheror? Basically you have your own Pocket Medic so yeah... You can always use Gunboats if you want but I recommend the Concheror more. For Beggar's Bazooka, Gunboats, Buff Banner, or Stock Shotgun. When you rocket jump with the Beggar's you take TONS of damage so pair it up with the Gunboats if you're planning to fly around the map. With Buff Banner It just wrecks everything.

Overloading is all you should be doing with the Bazooka.

Can the person in question do that? Is what is in that video not the same as professional players using any other rocket launcher and more with different loadouts? Okay then, the Beggars Bazooka in that video is fantastic, but in the hands of a player who can pull those jumps off without being noticed (actually shot at) could do similarly spectacular things with everything else.

Overloading is not what you should be doing for the person in question. People would say that loadout is best because they would have looked at a video like that and thought OMG! that is AWWWRSOOOOM! What he did in that video is something that takes an extroardinary amount of luck and skill, and that would not be possible in anything competitive as a sniper would simply destroy him. The person who is asking the question may not be able to pull those tricks off. And even then a sniper sould still predict movements and wait... BOOM HEADSHOT.

The Black Box heals you and keeps you alive longer.
Conheror is good for helping your team and escaping places quickly
The Half Zatoichi is good because there are a lot of demo knights that use this and you can one shot them when the charge into you.

The Launcher has enough damage output to kill any non-overhealed class in 3 shots.
Gunboats make you mobile enough to go anywhere with little to no damage.
If a fight isn't going your way, and you can't rocket jump; pull out the Escape Plan and book it.
