Cheapest Unusual/ Dream Unusual

Does anyone know what the cheapest unusual is? While we're on the topic of Unusuals, what is your dream unusual? :) My Dream Unusual would be a Unusual Vintage Merryweather with Orbiting Fire or a Burning Bill's hat

burning effect is very expensive though, i just like effects that you/i can see like, Sunbeams, Scorching Flames, Terror Watt, Vivid Plasma & Burning flames. Anything that i can see (n&b Nope.avi & Massed flies Nope.avi)
