How to fix my TF2 Resolution? (SOLVED)

Hello, the TF2 resolution doesn't fit into my screen. My screen size is 1366x768. When TF2 doesn't fit into my screen, it causes some problems. For example, in MvM, the ping shown is hidden in the HUD by the borders. Same for normal play, but only the first or second number shows (Ping is 120, but shows only 12, and for 10, it is 1)

It's under video settings, the mode will be either run fullscreen, run borderless windowed or windowed. It's windowed.

for me, it just doesnt fill in my screen, it also doesnt show the resolution you mentioned, i even set it in the launche options, it has the permanat black boxes on the side, as if you launced the game for the first time & it set my res to 1240x688 & 1366x768 does not exist in the options menu, help
