Every weapon in tf2 has its pros and cons. There is no op weapon because in this way valve could lose money because everyone wold buy only this gun.

I think people who feel that a certain weapon is OP should actually try playing with it. I usually play a Pyro with a Phlog and also hear complaints often that the Phlog is OP. Nope, it's not! The fact alone that it does less damage means that you're at a severe disadvantage when going head-to-head with other Pyros who are at the same skill level as you. The main reason why I play a Phlog is because it works well with my playing style. I am extremely aggressive and my goal most of the time is to set as many opponents on fire to force them to retreat and get healed, allowing my team to regroup or gain some ground. In a large number of cases, I actually get killed in the process, but if I don't, then I end up with a fully charged Phlog, and I can go back for a very destructive "second round". However, like I said, that does not work out all that often. When it happens, it looks to the opponents like my weapon is extremely overpowered, but when it does not happen, I die. Period.

And that's what it all boils down to: Your playing style and your strategy. Each weapon works well with a certain type of strategy but more often than not opens you up to certain vulnerabilities. If you think a weapon is OP, just play with it, and you'll be surprised about these vulnerabilities.

i say it would have to be the black box just because it gives you 15 hp everytime you hit someone but you have to hit so if your a bad shot then its not for you

the holiday punch is just a gimic/troll wep its not good at all. the enforcer succesfully got nerfed and is in my opinion balanced. however the rescueranger is in all ways(my opinion) overpowered. the engineers weakness have always been that he had to guard his sentry...
