Error Code for TF2 and CSS, it won't start up?
There an error code for TF2 and CSS I keep opening it will take about ten minutes then an error code - SteamStartup() failed: SteamStartup(0xf,0030E080) failed with error 1: The registry is in use by another, Timeout expired. please help, if there is way not to have to reinstall it, that would be helpful and It worked one time when I did the file validating etc so I'm not sure what to do, please help.

I'm having a similar issue, and I expirence it with Gmod as well. My error codes read basically the same, with just small changes in the numbers.

Completely restarting steam (not just closing and re-opening it) is how I fix it, but it doesn't stop.

Augh, that happened to me 5 minutes ago... maybe ask/look on the wiki, or YouTube?

I got it to work, for some of them it was just restarting Steam, some was uninstalling them and reinstalling and the others I had to validate the files in order for it to work.
