Literally almost every youtuber who plays TF2 talked about, mentioned or made a video about the issues of MYM long before he did, its just now, we're so desperate to grasp at anything we can, its time for a new divide of the week that we can put a # of in our names and get mad at people for overly stupid reasons.

In reality, most people criticizing meet your match criticized it's non-functionnality, and not its long term consequence. However, this video made searing, salient points.
And as such, tryhard competitive and valve fanboy redditors such as these get mad, and make up the silliest excuses of why the video is bad, with a good dose lying and dishonesty as usual.

Everything he has said and did has been said and done and in shorter time, and as for the people who ♥♥♥♥♥ and moan about him, that's just the internet, any semi popular creator ever will have that and no offense to anyone who likes him, but people who go out there way to defend are like also kinda lame, let the dudes videos speak for themselves, lotta people just instantly whiteknight him when he uploads, both sides can be pretty obnoxious, i don't personally like him for my own reasons but even i admit that he has some decent points sometimes.

Oh okay a 10k view video ( so that basically nobody saw) said it and didn't go in as much details about tf2's history as a whole, how dare he make a video (partially) on the same subject matter, clearly he's just trying to divide the community or whatever, 10/10 opinion

I agree some people in his community are outright valve haters, no better than fanboys, however for one i can't actually 100 % blame them since valve really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up and it's enraging, even if obviously it shouldn't be a reason to... well, lost reason and not think critically; for two this is off-topic.
