Casual is fi-ACK!
I wouldn't be for sure. He's 2-for-2 on his massive video essays causing massive improvements to how TF2 is run. I recognize that it's not a guarantee though.
team fortress 2
Zesty got the ball rolling on #Save_TF2 2024. It wasn't his intention, but his "Nobody's Home" video was cited in The What's launch video as a major reason for his organizing the protest.
And I know people tend not to like how he went about it, but he greatly improved the quality of cosmetics by putting pressure on the Steam Community Workshop creators. I don't think we've had a lot of things quite as egregious as that infamous Pyro set he showcased in "A Distinct Lack of Team Recognition." The only thing that comes to mind is that Spy cosmetic we got in Summer 2024.
This is pure speculation, but I also suspect that he had something to do with Prop Hunt not being added for Smissmas 2023. Just because taking the first two things into account it wouldn't surprise me if Eric Smith watches Zesty's videos because he finds his feedback useful.
