XP in community servers?

Because of the bots in casual games, I have started playing more community server games. I am new to the game and am wondering: Can you get XP in community servers? My XP isn't increasing at all, and I am assuming its because I am playing on community servers, but I wanted conformation from the community.

No experience is earned in community servers, as it only applies to the ranking system of Casual Matchmaking only.

Leveling up only works in casual. You aren't losing out on much either, except maybe bragging rights for big number.

You cant get xp on community servers but it doesnt matter since XP in this game is completely pointless and useless.

What do you even want exp for? There is an bug where if you reach max level and level up again you reset to level 1 and nobody cares about the bloody badge level
