Premium is, by definition, not free. Save some pocket money and get it. Buying Tour of Duty ticket or Backpack expander will cost you only $1 (and, besides giving premium, will allow to trade bought item for enough refined metal to afford all the weapons in the game plus multiple cosmetic items). Even children can afford that.

Lol premium upgrade item costs $5 and does nothing except upgrade itself. Getting premium via Mann Co store purchase costs $1 and allows to sell or use item bought. Guess which one is better.

Buy The Backpack Expander and then sell it on Community Market. The price in Mann Co. Store and in The Community Market are almost the same.
I can say that you can get premium almost for free that way.

P.S. After you do all that, you must wait a week to get premium in TF2.

You can't, unfortunately. Best thing to do is to get the Jungle Inferno contract set for about 5 dollars. Completing them ends up giving you about a 5 key return if you optimise your selections so you could buy yourself some nice hats and strange cosmetics, if you're into that.

it's quite simple, on payload. Step onto the payload and do the spy's default taunt with the revolver 5 times without moving. Then in that same life kill an engineer with a headshot, finally die to a heavy using the fist default taunt. After that you should restart your game and in the console type in "premium_free start" this should activate premium. If it doesn't there's another way, you simply do this thing called working a job
