sniper needs a buff, you just suck

sniper main here, i have 1000 hours on sniper and i can say, sniper is easily the worst class in the game. he's bad at both close range and long range. And after thinking about it, i found some ways to buff sniper:

1: Sniper goes from 125 health to 150 health. This isn't that big of an buff, but we've got 13 more.
2: Sniper Rifle charge is faster.
3: SMG has better precision.
4: Diamondback has 25% resistance to Spy's Gun.
5: Darwin's Danger Shield adds an extra 25 health.
6: Huntsman is easier to get headshots with.
7: Classic has aim assist when not using the scope
8: Classic can headshot at HALF of the charge meter.
9: Hitman's Heatmaker has an 25% faster reload when in focus.
10: The Machina doesn't fire tracer rounds.
11: The Cozy Camper reduces knockback by 50%.
12: The Tribalman's Shiv deals bleed damage over 8 seconds instead of 6.
13: The Bushwhacka doesn't have a damage vulnerability.
And finally, 14: Sniper's Speed is the same as Medic and Spy.

I think this would make sniper a better class. I can never average a 2 kpd on sniper, even with my 1000 hours, this class is bad. I hope you see the same way I do, I get that sniper may be hated, but when you don't take the bots into consideration, sniper is a bad class in design. The bots could've done better with classes like Heavy or Scout, and the only reason why they didn't was because a sniper main made the hosters mad, which made them get revenge on him.

honestly, really discredits any sniper main now showing them as a little baby whiner who cant take any form of criticism. Not thinking that sniper is op is fine, but not wanting criticism for that is where the problems show

1000k hours really isn't a lot for a 14 year old game. You have veterans with so much experience that can join a server and dominate. Sniper isnt designed to be a close range class his duty is to stay behind the team, why would valve change that? To make him more OP? And you stated he is bad at close and long range? Ok I can understand close range but dude you saying sniper is bad at long range shows me you dont understand the power of this class. An experienced player can join a server and have so much control over important areas of the map way more than any other class. And when you have such a powerful class to deal what are u to do? "Oh Ill get close to him", lets say you do get close to this guy now you gotta deal with his team. And if hes a good sniper he will help keep teammates alive simply by killing enemies, making it even harder to deal with. This is just one example, and having played over 14 years of tf2 I can tell you that most good snipers atleast average 2 kills per death in bad circumstances like when their team is getting destroyed by the other team. Let me end by saying this, bots are annoying but a great sniper can be just as annoying and why? Because snipers power comes from his ability to instantly kill all classes without having to deal with them directly. Feel free to ask questions, Jake.
