I don't think that's a case yet, because Linux still have bot support, and the bot problems still exist.
Now with 64-bit update on Windows and Linux platforms, and Valve dropped support for MacOS support for TF2, because they no longer support 32-bit versions, I am predicting, we maybe will start seeing less bots in the future and make it easier to kick them, but at least Valve did something.
I am very glad they removed MacOS support for Source games, because, it would be bit of the mess anyway.
I should say; Good Work Valve; even though they do not read forums!
It literally says it's ending support because new version of MacOS no longer supports 32bit applications like Steam
