Valve killed support for macOS versions of old Source Engine games before TF2 64bit update was released.

Good, I was hoping this should solve the bot issue, because I did not know Tf2 had a 32-bit version on MacOS support before it was pulled.

I don't think that's a case yet, because Linux still have bot support, and the bot problems still exist.

Now with 64-bit update on Windows and Linux platforms, and Valve dropped support for MacOS support for TF2, because they no longer support 32-bit versions, I am predicting, we maybe will start seeing less bots in the future and make it easier to kick them, but at least Valve did something.

I am very glad they removed MacOS support for Source games, because, it would be bit of the mess anyway.

I should say; Good Work Valve; even though they do not read forums!

No
People should stop buying Apple products tbh, not only they are useless and anti consumer but also they are ♥♥♥♥♥♥ people to developers (that's why many devs drop Mac compatibility in the first place)

No?

It literally says it's ending support because new version of MacOS no longer supports 32bit applications like Steam

"In order to ensure continued operation of Steam and new 64-bit games purchased through Steam, users on these older versions should update to a more recent version of macOS. We expect the Steam client and games on these older operating systems to continue running for some time. After February 15th, 2024, we will no longer support macOS 10.14 or earlier and we are unable to guarantee continued functionality of 32-bit macOS games after that date."
