Help with beard n paint

Long story short

What paint I shall use on either Vikings Braider (Misc item for Heavy, Soldier, Engineer) or Big Country (Engineer Hat) so they will match?

I would use cream spirit on both.

You could also not paint either and they'd match.

Some natural lookikg color would be nice - Conagher Brown, Muskellmanbraun, Grey, Tincture...
I would go with Muskellmanbraun, it is quite cheap too.

I went with After Eight. Looks pretty natural with an unpainted Pardner's Pompador/Wilson Weave as well.

Unless you want to look like some kind of clown I wouldn't recommend pink or lime paints respectively.

And what are the "basics" colors of those items?
I mean, is there a way to paint the hair to match the beards basic look?

Big Country is close, if not exactly the same color as "The Color of a Gentlemann's Buisness Pants," The Viking Braider's default color does not have a good equivilent, so it would probably be best to paint the beard in "The Color of a Gentlemann's Buisness Pants" to match the hair.
