How do I vote for a team scramble?
In a game, there's always gonna be someone who wins, but not being able to get out the spawn point because youre being bombarded with grenades is just annoying.
So many times this has happened to me, and I like the server and map but the teams are just ridiculous! Everytime I try and vote on a server it always says that voting is disabled...
Am I just always somehow ending up on the wrong server or have I somehow done something wrong...

sometimes you need to type "!votescramble" in chat. Additionally, some groups only have the ability to start votes as a donor benefit on their servers as a way to prevent abuse.

It depends on the server. On Valve servers, I believe you have to go to the menu and there's a little button to call a vote. On some other servers, it's /votescramble, /votemenu, !votescramble, or !votemenu. Some servers don't have the option either.
