Chemestry Sets. They drop randomly and then you collect the items the set tells you to get and then use the set. Then it gives you an item to change the quality of one of your items to "Collector". At least that, I'm pretty sure thats how it goes.

Basically
How it works is like this:
The chemistry sets require that you input 200 of one weapon into it, and then when you finish inputting 200, you will get that weapon in Collector's quality. Because there are so few, and are likely to be few once the sets are taken out of the drop system, they are very expensive and are likely to continue being expensive.
Another reason people want these so bad is because there are collector's versions of every weapon, including weapons that don't have a strange variant
I'm REALLY hoping the prices to fall, because they are currently on hype and are overpriced right now.
I DONT. :P
