Any stealth games which play like the TF2 spy class?

Talking about the kind of stealth gameplay which is less about creeping through shodows, shooting out lights and more about stalking your objectives, and blending in with your environment. Hiding in plain sight and all that. I already know about the games Spy Party and Hitman series, but what other options do I have?

While I really don't care for them, this sounds a lot like Assassin's Creed. Give that a try.
