Infinite clip console command

Does anyone know if there is such a thing? It would come in very handy for praticing rocket jumping. I have already tried this solution though for me it did not work. http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2721831

well i would be looking for something to increase my clip size (to make a widowmaker engie version of gun game where you would have to be able to store alot of metal from doing 30+ damage to ppl)

You could use addcond 91, this gives you the Haste power up.
