From what I have seen on your servers this is not entirely the case. Most donators do not place them in multiple locations along the map. They normally place them together in a way the makes them uniformly attack the same targets.
Who cares if they do less damage on their own. If they are all together it gives the person(s) facing it a severe disadvantage due to there being at least four targets to eliminate instead of one.
What I think your people at saigns.de fail to realize is that no matter which way you slice it premium servers such as your own do not represent TF2 in its pure form. A new player will not have any way to know that what they are seeing is not the true TF2 gameplay format.
I have no objections to your premium offerings. My main concern is that you are driving new potential players away from the game before they get started due to the overpowered nature of your vip features.
I for one believe you should fall under the custom category. If your offerings are good enough you should be able to stand without quickplay.
But yeah, it definetley seems like it sucks.
