I just thought of this one a few minutes ago!

Equalizer (speaking to Phlogistinator): I used to be overpowered like you, until I took a nerf to my stats!

If you don't get the punchline regarding the nerf, a while back the Equalizer and Escape Plan were basically one single weapon that gave you a speed boost and higher damage output the lower your health is. Then, VALVe realized the power and overusage of the weapon, and split it in two.
