Badwaters not a bad place to practice sniper

Dustbowl is fairly good, mostly on the last stage due to that chokepoint.
2fort is good, but only if there are other snipers playing lethal peek-a-boo with you.

Upward isn't terrible, and Badwater is pretty good.

tr_walkway uses incorrect hitboxes.
Best thing is to turn off mouse accel, config mouse sensitivity until it fits you, and practice in a real game.

It does not. Hitbox's are identical.

Doesn't that have to do with lag compensation and not the actual hitbox itself?

The hitboxes are bugged for headshot training. This is because, whilst the models move about due to the conveyor belts they are on, the hitboxes remain permanently on their idle animations (so don't move much at all).

Try orange maps, you will have a good view and an advance on almost the entire map. (While example 2fort you will only have a good view over the mid-fight. And usally there is a lot of people to shot that can't aim. Note that there is no health packs there, and you can't go back in spawn.
