Missing the Frying Pan

Hi, I have Left 4 Dead 2 for a few months and Team Fortress 2 for almost 2 months.
When I installed TF2 I got Ellis's cap, and I thought it was the only item you could from L4D2. But recently I found out that the Frying Pan was also awarded to players who owned Left 4 Dead 2, but I didn't get the Frying Pan, only Ellis' cap. Can someone help me, please?

As stated from another thread, ALL PLAYERS that got Left 4 Dead 2 DURING the Christmas Sale are automatically given an UNREMOVABLE DLC which prevented players from obtaining the Ellis Cap and the Frying Pan.

That being said...You could still get Ellis Cap and Frying Pan for 12 scrap.

Mmm, sorry. Ignorance on my part.

Best thing OP could do is contact Steam Support...But Frying Pans, As I said, are atleast 3 scrap, or a reclaimed. So It shouldn't be a dire loss.

I posted a question on Steam Support, but no one replied yet. And I don't want to waste metal on an item I should have already for free (when I say free, I mean that I shouldn't need to pay anything(metal for example) to get it, besides L4D2).

I actually used to have frying pan before, but lost it. Is an unmodified frying pan tradable?

okay you people who were rotting here for months, you probably dont have L4D2 installed, once you do that and it still doesn't work, try playing the game, if that doesn't work, I don't know what to tell you
