Are Tokens worth crafting?
You guys think crafting class tokens are worth it? I just crafted a Soldier token. Lets see how this goes..

My friend says they're worth more on Warehouse

Tokens that are worth crafting, imo, are Spy/Melee, Sniper/Primary, recently Scout/Melee, Heavy/Melee and Pyro/Melee or any class token with a Melee Token.

This is because there are weapons you can get that are worth more than .44 ref. If you want a common weapon (ones that you can always see on scrap.tf or scrapbank.me), a Sticky/Rocket Jumper, an Objector or a Frying Pan, just buy them through trading.

Some promo reskin weapons can only be obtained through crafting with tokens. For example, the Maul (a reskin of the Homewrecker) can only be obtained (outside of trading) by crafting with a Pyro token, a melee token, and a scrap. You cannot get it through drop, or the Mann Co. Store. The Three-Rune Blade (melee for the Scout), Apaco-fists (Heavy melee), the Awper Hand (Sniper primary), and Sharp Dresser (Spy melee) can also only be obtained this way.

I'm not really sure what to do with this token. I thought it would just show an icon when you play online.

you have to craft it along with an item slot token to create a weapon

Pick a promo item you like the look of and don't own that is craftable (Say, Wanga Prick, for example); and try to craft it.

I've got: Wanga Prick; Sharp Dresser; Bat-Outta-hell; and Armed Combat from tokens so far. Currently working on Three-Runed-Blade; then I'll probably move on to Maul and Apocofists.

I have a lot of time (metal) on my hands and an obssessive compulsion for getting uncommon reskins...

In other news, tomorrow (Christmas Day) I'll be gift-a-pulting my spare Bat-Outta-Hell!
