[Help] Backpack doesn't show item color/borders any more

I remember before in the BP screen there was an option to choose whether or not to show item color borders, and I'd set it to "marketable only". I can't find that options any more though

Here's what my BP screen looks like (only marketable items are highlighted):

From the wiki, you can see the there's supposed to be another dropdown box to select borders

What I've tried:
-Adv Options doesn't have anything regarding borders (just an option for displaying market prices)
-Show Quality Colors doesn't do anything any more

Anyone have a solution for this? Thanks in advance!

Tbh it's actually a good thing. In case someone runs into this problem.

In that case before a mod locks it for being necroed,

These are the values for cl_showbackpackrarities

0 = No borders
1 = Item Quality Colours
2 = Border around marketable items
