Don't know what your talking about. I just try to behave my best when playing TF2.
Rage is inevitable when playing any game.
By the way if you play with people who are toxic they don't represent the entirety of TF2.
That's like saying every furry is a cringe inducing abomination that needs to be crucified and gun down by a firing squad on sight. (I am not a furry nor do I support them. I just know that when someone in the community isn't a cringe horny moron, they actually acknowledge the stupidity of the ones IN that group and do not want to be a part of the loony bin as they live actual normal lives.)
If you were playing with toxic TF2 players... that's part of the experience of playing a game that has voice chat.
Also you don't HAVE to play with them you know. You can just leave and play with guys and gals (If they actually do play this game which is rarely.) that aren't emitting radiation that you can detect without a Geiger counter.

Also buddy, I gotta be real with you on this one... Dota 2 players... are not like TF2 players.
We are unhinged yes. But they (Dota 2 players) mostly consist of literal sweats that get angry when anything goes wrong according to their plans. In other words they are worse.
And the people who play Dota 2 casually have a rough experience when they're trying to enjoy something without being called a slur for just playing the way they want to play.
There's also the fact that you can literally start a flame war with them if you mention anything that relates Dota 2 with League of Legends because for some reason despite being the same genre that if you put the two communities as the last surviving members on earth.
As Sniper said, "Someone is going to want someone dead."
Or they might decide to get along **** somehow and repopulate the earth with angry children, I DON'T KNOW I can't read the future!
