"Head Of The Class" Achievement
Play a complete round with every class

How to get this achievement? Which mode? And what is a "complete round"? Because my progress bar stopped/freezed at 7/9 state. What's "x/9"?

Sorry if ask too many questions, because I'm new to TF2. Should I play with every class a complete map or just switch after each win/lost result? Does "HotC" depend on a specific game mode?

just play with one class until you see the you failed/victory screen and switch to anpther class

go onto the wiki for more info

In a single map rotation, play 9 rounds, each round only as one of the classes.

Note: You do not have to win said 9 rounds.
