Saxton Hale "ERROR" sign

so after downloaded mostly all game again.. i reconnected to a saxton hale server and it is still a giant error sign instead of the model.. can anyone help me how i fix this?

Options > multiplayer > Under when a game server tries to download blah blah blah > select allow all custom files from server
