I don't even know what TF2Lobby is. Is it a website where people bet on competitive TF2 matches or something?

...From what I know, TF2lobby has been down for a long, long time. It's a wonder that it kept operating for nearly a year (since 2012) after it lost any sort of maintenance from its admins.
TF2Center.com has, similarily, been out of beta for a while. Go play lobbies there.

TF2Lobby was a place where you would play competitive tf2 games with other people, beating was never a thing in the website, TF2Lobby died and has been replaced by TF2Center where you can also play comp matches with strangers, you should check it out if you are interested in comp tf2.

There are government issues around gambling by underaged players. It is illegal in most US states for minors to gamble but that is exactly what spycrabbing is. If a server operator or website owner allows or promotes spycrabbing amongst underaged players it risks both fines and the shutting down of servers and websites.

In regards to TF2Lobby I don't know if this is the case but i wouldn't be surprised.

In regards to TF2Lobby I don't know if this is the case but i wouldn't be surprised.

TF2Lobby was a sort of a "pick-up game" site that players will go to in order to play organized TF2 matches in a semi-competitive setting with a higher skill quotient than pubs.
It's also been broken for over a year now, and hasn't been maintained at all for almost two years.
