Skial servers need admins to deal with racism

Just saw a post relating to casual racism in TF2 chats and I have seen this particularly in Skial servers. It is an automatic system, meaning that when it detects certain words it bans the player from using text/speech chat for a short period of time.
Issue with this is that players can abuse this, the period of time can be passed with a single match so players tend to become randomly racist just to be funny and activate the bot. There is no ban system so it happens often and it is always the same players.
I always see the same people on Skial servers who have clearly played for a considerable amount of time, so I don't understand why there hasn't been a thought of real admins. There are people who clearly enjoy these servers and have become recognisable within them.

I know this isn't something TF2 devs can fix, but it's just a thought.

Nah, its a trap. People who do this think there will no punishment besides a mute (I know this because I was stupid and was one of the people who did this) and then after 3 times it gets sent to a mod and they get chat banned forever instead of temp mute.

Forgot to mention its like warnings, since I got muted twice for this 6 months ago, then said it a month ago in a server with like 3 guys and got com banned

skill admins can usually be summoned easily if there's problems on their servers

however if you want to suggest more activity or feedback I'd post on their fourms
