How to exit training mode?

I'm trying to do an item demonstration for my brother but when I open the tr_target world, it puts me into training mode.

Is there a way to exit training mode?

press "ESC", then "disconnect from server" at bottom of screen.

Anyways, you need to click the + on the "Find servers" or whatever and choose "tr_target/practice" or whatever, then you will be on the map again (no targets/bots there).
