Does Sniper wear prescription glasses?

I've never really given much attention to the small details on the classes, but I was just recently wondering. Does Sniper wear prescription glasses? They appear tinted, but not enough to be practical sunglasses, and they sort of resemble the "Anti-pregnancy" frames that are issued to short-sighted infantry in the military. Might this be the case?

...you're gonna have to explain the term "anti-pregnancy frames". I just gotta know.

I'm assuming they're just regular sunglasses, or more specifically, aviators. I can see how you might think they aren't, TF2 does have a more cartoonish art style, and that may play a factor in how you think they may look.

Sometimes I wonder if they're special australian made glasses. They look and act like regular sunglasses in terms of blocking out the glare, but in actually it also works as regular glasses, because Sniper actually has poor vision. It's an interesting idea.

Nah, he has pretty fine eye sight if he in the one of the comics doesn't have the glasses.

You can get glasses that act as sunglasses. Normally their just green or yellowish lens, like the Snipers, so you can still distinguish colors.

I recognize the aviator style, its just the peculiar detail of having them only lightly tinted, and yellow. Sunglasses like that are made, usually, so you can still distinguish colors, but also blocking out harmful UV rays

I have glasses in real life, but wear contacts at school, work, and when I'm out. I really only wear my glasses when I'm chilling at home or on my computer, and a lot of the time at home I just don't wear any corrective at all, so its practical he could just take them off to chill.
