Aces High effect unusual bug?
Sometimes I can't see the cards when I taunt, or they're way too far out from my head, or they're all bunched up above my head, way too close together.

It's a known bug, very annoying too. Had the same issue with my Power Surge Tyrant's Helm:

I managed to fix the issue though, and for someone else. Go to your loadout screen in-game. There should be a little '+' symbol next to your Unusual in the box surrounding it. Click it and you'll be given the option to adjust your unusual. Mess around with that, raise and lower the orbit path and then be sure to uncheck the box that allows you to adjust it.

Go into a private server (or a normal one, your choice), taunt a few times to see if it's fixed or not. I did this and my Unusual has been working fine ever since. It used to orbit in huge circles to the point where you couldn't even see it, like yours does now.

Nice! That's definitely the fix then as it's worked for 3 people. I was a little annoyed when I got this Unusual to find the effect was broken, had a look online but only found people saying "wait for Valve to fix it". Over a year later and the issue is still present.

I decided to try and play around with the adjusting options and fixed it myself!

Go to your Steam Inventory, right click an item and select "Copy Link Address". Paste that in here or a Steam chat window :)

any orbting effect can b a bit brok at times. its the surver sides fault. somtimes the effect will work, somtimes it will only work for you (or somtimes only other people) or somtimes its just broken

its been like this for months (mabby allost a year) and valve has yet to fix it, prob caz there to lazy, its a bigger problem then we know, they dont know about it (lol as if), they dont know how to fix it (most likley) or a mix of the above

as allways with bugs, report it and wait till it gets fixed
