Why does Spy hate square-dancing?
On the other hand, he doesn't have a problem with the conga.

What gives?

maybe because he have to dance with another man instead of a woman... maybe lol
But if you see, he also hates to make the "flipping awesome".

Well, I think Spy is too serious to flip and squaredance but not enough for conga

Just to support that last phrase: when he does a High Five he does respond with both "Alright, back to work" and "Now the moment has passed".
