What is the cl_interp command and what does it do?

I'm relatively new to TF2 and I recently started practicing headshots. Apparently an experienced sniper told me that setting the command cl_interp_0 will improve accuracy. What is this command and how exactly does it improve accuracy? Thanks for the help

Just test it yourself lol
Usually though, the recommended lerp for projectile class mains (Soldier, Demo) is 0.0157, and the recommended lerp for hitscan class mains (Sniper, Scout) is 0.0333.

Hm I don't think so. Probably something that adjusts your network rate or whatever to make the stuff you see on your screen match closer to what is actually happening on the server
