TF2 Unusuals : Why is the Kill-A-Watt And Terror-Watt Costs So Damn Low?

IMO, I think these both effects should be ATLEAST a Bit higher. What do you think?

Because they are newer effects and hardcore traders are afraid of anything new that lacks an established value that is unlikely to ever drop significantly, ergo since the majority of Unusual trades are made by hardcore traders, the value remains low because hardcore traders don't want to pay much for them.

Don't question it, just be thankful that such a flashy effect is on the cheap side.

1) It's new
2) It looks good / matches "robo" hats mostly - and people don't like them much
3) Trading communities "big boys" like only things that are old as carbon and discounted for 99% + your firstborn
4) It's just one of those things

I personaly like this effect - but, at the other side, I do like metal / robotic hats and outfits.

And Bishop is kinda right - it's a cheap and realy nice looking / flashing effect. Compare it to the same tier or smoking / steaming...
