The Anger is a very Overused Sniper Cosmetic

In my own words though, I usually only see the Anger when
1. It's, like what Hyrda said, some noob who probably bought the hat from the mann co. store
or
2. It's a mega tryhard with all pink/lime cosmetics with the Anger + Birdmann + Teethkickers cosmetic combo with an AWPer Hand (bonus if it's killstreak or even better, strange) that probably has the same skill has the noob in reason one
