Why is there no Female characters in Tf2 ?

I always ask me this, sometimes in Tf2 animations we see a female scout or pyro so why can't we play with them ? (Sorry for my english I'm French)

because they are fan made things using source film maker. They're not actually in tf2

Why would it break Tf2 It's exactly the same thing it just add the choices of "Female" or "Male" Characters

Sorry I didn't know that tf2 was an historic game, so why is there some "New technologies" weapons in the game ? Does it exists in the 20th century ? I don't think so. And still doesn't exist so maybe Valve should have some female characters to the game. It offers more ideas for taunts or miscs maybe so more money for them ;)

I believe there's no female characters because of the time tf2 takes place in. It takes place in the late 60's/early 70's when females weren't aloud to sign up for the army.

Well i just want some support man not only for the subs, it seems no one plays tf2 and its all about destiny and advanced warfare, i dont mind if i dont get subs just some feed back on my videos would help, im not the best tf2 player but i hope i at least entertain.

Read the comics. The Australians invented the Invisibility Cloak for the spy and the lazer weapons came in a rocket.
