Just go on a server that has that map enabled.

Download the map from: http://tf2.gamebanana.com/maps/107794

And put it in a folder called maps. You can find it by following this directory if you have windows 7. First go to your computer > C: > Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Team Fortress 2 > tf.

put it in tf2s map file. for a quick way to get to it, go to tf2, right click it, go to properties, go to local files, browse files, >tf >maps. blammo. have fun killing the bots. its very stress relieving.
