Well I don't know if it's even possible on computer.
But, if you get it on console by buying the Orange Box for PS3 or XBOX 360, I think you can play split screen.
But I'm not entirely sure, as I've never tried it.
Also, the console version of TF2 lacks A LOT of updates, and has lots of cheaters.

you cant play split screen you have to get a new computer or share
