References in TF2 Items?

Well, I don't have that many hats or cool items. However, I do have a wishlist, which mainly includes items in TF2 that are references to media that I like, or are actually pulled from said media (like promotional items). I'm sure there are a lot of other items like these, (besides those on my wishlist), so I've come to you for help, and just generally making a list of franchises alluded to by TF2 items:

Skyrim: Dragonborn Helmet
Metal Gear Solid: Deep Cover Operator, Ground Control
Portal: Ap-Sap, Companion Pin
Doctor Who: Dr. Whoa, Chronoscarf
HHGG: Lucky No. 42
Deus Ex: Deus Specs, Purity Fist
Street Fighter: Team Captain
Fallout: Pip-Boy
Bioshock: A lot of Genuines
Rambo: Thirst Blood, probably something else
Left 4 Dead: Bills' Hat, Ellis' Cap
LotR: Wraith Wrap
League of Legends: ???
Dragonball Z: ???
Fight Club: ???
Mario Bros: ???

It's worth mentioning that almos every Genuine hails from another franchise.
Add any other franchises you think are worth mentioning, and if you do know any items that look like the last three, help me out. :D

Cool. However, items related to movies, or other games (like the Deep Cover Operator) aren't strictly speaking Promotional Items, so they don't show up on that list.

The private eye, The whole Alien pack, Bonk Boy, Private Eye, Every Venture Bros. cosmetic, Macho Mann, Triboniophorus Tyrannus, Dead Cone, El Muchacho, Gabe Glasses, Hitman Cosmetic Pack, Danger, The Camper Van Helsing, Villain's Veil, Teufort Tooth Kicker, Ebenezer & Mutton Mann, The Dashin' Hashshashin & Sharp Dresser, Exorcizor, Dapper's Disguise, Sam & Max cosmetics, L'homme Burglerre, Top Notch, Robot Chicken, & Grandmaster. There are others, but I tried to name those that are more well-known or at least seem nation to world-wide.
