Trimping

I main demoman, and I really am good at stickyjumping and even I am a certified demopan. I am not a noob to the world of the black scottish drunk knight, but I cant figure out how to trimp at all. I downloaded the map on the workshop to train trimping, but I still suck. Could someone try to mentor me or give me some tips?

If you see a ramp, just jump, charge then move your mouse.
You don't need to use the "W" key while air strafing cause it slows you down.
If you want more speed, just move your mouse like crazy and eventually, you'll get the hang of it.
