What does "Pootis" mean?
For almost 10 years, I still don't get why almost every Heavy keep on saying "POOTIS"

I mean, it sounds funny(?) but what is the definition of it?

I want to be a hoovy. In what context should a hoovy say 'pootis'? Can someone please give an example?

Also, lol op, "it sounds funny but what does it mean?" xD I think the exact same thing all too often about TF2 words.
