tr_Walkway and Winrar

Hey, I am wanting to download tr_Walkway, but every tutorial I have found uses Winrar. I don't feel comfortable downloading an entirely new program just for one map, so I want to know: is there a way to download tr_Walkway without Winrar? If not, I will just give up :\

Winrar is the best
WinRAR is a powerful archive manager. It can backup your data and reduce the size of email attachments, decompress RAR, ZIP and other files downloaded from Internet and create new archives in RAR and ZIP file format. You can try WinRAR before buy, its trial version is available in downloads.

Winrar is entirely safe. I've been using it for a very long time now.

You've never needed to buy it. It's usable for as long as you'd like. The paid version just has more features that most people wouldn't need.

If it is just an archive manager, then why do I need it to download tr_Walkway? It seems like it is more of a pleasure than a need, but for some reason I can't get it to work without it. Am I doing something wrong and is there another way to do it?

It isn't that I am afraid of a virus or malware, I just have a very low tech computer. My father literally rbuilt it from scratch from the old computer after the first one had been out of order for about 5 months. It is now an entirely new computer (new as a reletive term: very reletive) and it already has a lot of data problems. It hates running just plain steam already so I do not want it to start blue screening repeatedly again (it did that with the previous build. It would blue screen ever few minutes). I would have no problem looking into it if this weren't the case.
