they have different variations of it for different sets but essentially its a duffel bag/gym bag

I´d say thats a MannCo vital organs holding bag device or at least its quite evident that it does hold some (or all) of scouts vital organs an arrow penetrating just the Duffle will infact kill him. (use a hunstman and snipe across his back through the duffle, scout be dead even though you only hit that thing)

thats ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ actually because any sort of sniper damage will actually kill scout
huntsman arrow/insta kill unless you get luck somehow and get a leg/arm
