class tier list

[Fumo Bnnuy n Frends]

thought i'd hop on the bandwagon
this is compiled through several factors including:

-versatility
-weapons
-skill ceiling (easier classes to play as = higher rank)
-alt. playstyles

and the underlying factor that can determine it's ranking

-support and teamwork viability

in order from least to greatest:

9 heavy (argueably high in teamwork output but low in alt playstyles and weapons also skill ceiling too high. Mainly defense and 1 playstyle as melee heavy can be easily eliminated from the weapon downsides)

8 medic (although very team based, not much in terms of weapons and play style. really low skill ceiling)

7 sniper (one of the lone wolfs, but not really good in a team based effort)

6 spy (lone wolf better than in a team but can be team based with the RTR)

5 soldier (middle man one of the most balanced classes in game compared to everyone else. No argument soldier has his ups and downs but as a class is very well rounded overall)

4 pyro ( can counter his counters easier with practice but since/considering around half the classes in tf2 are hitscan weapon classes [4] it can't counter them as easily from a distance)

3 scout (although very high skill ceiling [otherwise you would die automatically from stupid things like mini sentries and airblasting pyros] scout is actually very versatile in weapons and playstyles. Although more of a lone wolf can be team based such as mad milk FoW, hit and run or finishing off enemies and running away quick enough)

2 demo man (2 really different playstyles. He can differ in offense and defense power, benefits greatly from teamwork if played right although skill ceiling low enough to do max damage at lesser/inexperienced leveled players. Can go lone wolf or team based which is why he is #2 on the list)

1 engineer (weapons that can counter almost all his counters plus really team based not really solo but he makes it up in support very important sometimes the difference between winning and losing a game)

We already had a class tier list and was actually the first tier list made by Banguiras(He is probably spending to much time on smogon that made him come here with the ideas of tier list)

well not to toot my own horn or anyone elses
but some good soldiers can counter scouts if you get the drop on them
likewise the same for scouts
but yeah
hitscan and pyros>crockets

if he was not that nerfed to the ground as much
he could be close to soldier in balanced
maybe even top 3
but unfortunately valve uses him as a scrape goat
