Actual Hat Simulator
Well, everyone here will know how people say that TF2 is a hat simulator. In case you haven't heard of it, loadout.tf is a website where you can put any combination of hats and weapons on the mercs. Anyways, I just found the best-named cosmetic ever, Special Eyes for the Engie. It isn't the best looking cosmetic, but that name is amazing. MY BRAND!!!

Umm, no, at least not that I'm aware of. You don't have to sign up or pay at all, although I think that you can sign in with Steam.
