Though you probably wouldn't need to do this, http://teamfortress.tv/thread/20172/my-fps-config + https://teamfortress.tv/thread/21756/prism-hud-amp-clean-tf2 (just clean tf2) should give you adequate fps.

For Clean TF2 though, you need to be on an sv_pure 0 server for most of the modules to work. I'm on the case but I personally lack the know-how to do what I want to try.
