Where can I buy Refined Metal other then InGame Store?

I tried to buy through market but I couldn't find one. Where can I buy the Metal with USD?

Don't think you can really do that anywhere. But if you want metal you can always just buy something from the store and then sell it for metal. I'd reccomend a standard Mann co Key. Always in demand, always worth quite a bit of metal, and is currently rising in value in refined metal.

Paypal trading. It's very risky, but it's the only way for you to directly buy metal with money (besides buying something else in the store and trading it for metal).

I wish. Metal is only traded for. What you can do it buy TF2 or CSGO cards from market. They are worth 1 scrap each and there are plenty of traders looking for them if you check.

This is how to get metal faster than your drops. I have created many hats this way and used to trade. Just buy in bulk and save a trusty metal dealer to your freinds.

I use tf2shop(dot)net or marketplace(dot)tf for purchasing items. Its far more secure than finding paypal sellers from outpost, i think. Prices are decent too
I've also bought unusuals from both of these sites with no problems!

But those website is kindof over price. Can you buy them in in-game store?

P.S They sell key for 2.25$ however, you can abuay them for $2.20 or lower in the market

Unfortunately no, you cannot buy refined metal from the in-game store.
I personally am willing to spend a touch more on items I can't buy or find from the market / in-game store and know that my payments are secure. That's just me though. I'd never risk buying items from another player with $$

You can get scrap for 0.06-0.08 all day with trading cards. One refined comes out to .18 with a good deal. One hat would be .57.... not bad considering I craft hats worth a key quite often. It is very easy to find dealers as well. Give it a try. Garrys mod has cheap cards as well.

If you buy cards from the Market and sell them for a scrap, you're losing a ton of money.
A scrap is worth 1 cent, no more. A craft hat, is worth 15 cents.

Marketplace.tf sells it for extremely discounted prices, and you can get it A LOT cheaper than just buying cards and selling them for a scrap.
